"Good depth, but a little heavy at times"
I used Focus on Force to prep for my Salesforce exam, and overall, it was a solid resource. The course goes deep and definitely covers more than just the basics, which helped me feel like I was actually understanding the material instead of just memorizing it.
Some sections did feel a bit long, and I had to go back and reread a few parts to make them stick. That said, the examples and practice questions were really helpful and felt close to the actual exam style, which was a big plus.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the content has good “depth,” but it can feel a little “dry” here and there. Still, if you want proper study material and don’t mind putting in the time, it’s worth using
"I used this hoping it would really get..."
I used this hoping it would really get me ready for the certification exam, and at first I was frustrated because I still felt unprepared. Some of the questions were actually useful though, okay, I’ll give it that, but overall it just didn’t do enough for me to feel confident going into the test.

"Easy to follow and keeps you on track"
I really liked how everything was laid out in a clear order. I didn’t feel like I was jumping around or getting lost, which was nice. The learning path made it easy to see what to study next and just keep going. It’s simple, but simple in a really useful way, especially for exam prep.

"Felt way more prepared for my exam"
I was scoring low at first, but the practice tests really helped me see what I was missing. By the time exam day came around, I felt a lot more confident and ended up passing.

"Always feels current"
I like how quickly new Salesforce updates show up, it makes it way easier to stay on top of things
"I had a little trouble logging in..."
I had a little trouble logging in and reached out to support. They got back to me fast, which I really appreciated. The only slightly annoying part was having to explain the issue clearly upfront, but once they understood what was going on, they fixed it without making things complicated. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’m happy with how it was handled.

"Reliable subscription access so far"
My Focus on Force subscription has been solid so far. I’m the kind of person who uses little mental shortcuts for stuff like this: if I can log in quickly, open the course, and get studying without messing around, then it’s doing its job.
So far, that’s been the case. No random errors, no weird lockouts, nothing that makes me waste time troubleshooting. It’s not flashy, but it works when I need it, and that’s all I was hoping for

"Knows the stuff, but the teaching was just okay"
You can tell the instructors really know Salesforce and all that, which was helpful. I did pick up some useful things, but a few lessons felt kind of dry and a bit rushed. Some of this could’ve been explained in a simpler way, especially in those parts where it got more detailed

"Surprisingly Solid for the Price"
I paid a lot less than I would have for other courses, so naturally I expected to be mildly disappointed. Instead, the practice exams were actually really helpful and gave me what I needed to pass. Annoying when something affordable turns out to be genuinely good value, but here we are. No complaints from me

"Finally found explanations that clicked"
I used Focus on Force while studying, mostly in the evenings after work with a coffee next to me, and the explanations were really easy to follow. There were a few topics I had been going in circles on for days, and after reading their notes, they finally started to make sense. I liked that it didn’t feel overly complicated or full of extra jargon just to sound fancy. The examples were helpful too, especially when I was trying to connect the concepts to actual exam-style questions. It really felt like the material was written by someone who knows exactly where learners usually get confused. Super useful for exam prep.

"Works well on my phone, but not perfect"
I’ve been using it on my phone and the lessons usually load just fine, which is nice. The quizzes can feel a bit cramped on the screen though, and it makes them less comfortable to get through. Hopefully they can improve that soon, or at least offer some kind of credit or compensation for the hassle

"I was a total beginner and didn’t know..."
I was a total beginner and didn’t know where to even start, but this made everything feel way less intimidating and helped me go from knowing basically nothing to actually feeling like I could follow along and make some progress without getting overwhelmed.

"I used Focus on Force while prepping for..."
I used Focus on Force while prepping for my Salesforce cert, a lot of the topics lined up well with the actual exam. It definitely helped me figure out what I needed to focus on. That said, some of the practice questions were way more wordy than they needed to be, and the way a few things were explained felt kind of unclear, which got annoying when I was already trying to study. Still, overall it was useful and I’m glad I used it.

"The rationales didn’t really clear things up for me"
I used Focus on Force mainly for exam practice, and while the questions themselves were useful, the answer explanations didn’t help me as much as I hoped. I’d go through a set, review the ones I missed, and sometimes the rationale was only a sentence or two.
What bothered me was that a few explanations mostly restated the correct answer without really breaking down why the other choices were wrong. That small detail makes a big difference when you’re studying, because I wanted to understand the logic, not just memorize which option was right.
The site itself was straightforward to use, and I didn’t have any issue moving through the practice tests. I just expected the review part to be more helpful, because it ended up feeling more like I was checking my score than actually learning from my mistakes.

"Practice exams felt accurate"
The practice questions felt close to the real thing, which was helpful. I just wish I didn’t have to wait around so much to get started and move through everything—it got a little frustrating...
